Yes. Home support covers everyday technology problems. Business support covers organisational accounts, devices, systems, security, projects and ongoing support. Care-provider IT is available as a specialist Business service.

Remote support and project work can be discussed. Any on-site attendance outside the local service area would be separately agreed.

Common work may be fixed-price. Broader projects and ongoing arrangements are scoped and quoted according to requirements.

No. Scrabo Tech provides technology and systems support. Management, legal and regulatory accountability remains with the customer and their appropriately qualified advisers.

No. Parts, equipment, paid software, licences and subscriptions are extra unless expressly included.
